Good morning, my lovelies! It's Friday, which means it's time for another Pink Tutu Blog adventure! This week I've packed my pinkest tulle and traded the rolling hills of Derbyshire for the bustling streets of London. The train journey was a delight, as always. The rhythm of the rails and the scenery whizzing by felt like a beautiful, balletic interlude before arriving in the capital. I can’t help but get excited when the train rumbles into Kings Cross Station – it’s like stepping onto the set of my favourite fairytale.

This trip is all about embracing the magic of London, a city brimming with history, culture, and a whole lot of style!

As I always say, London’s my favourite stage! I love that you never quite know what the day will bring, but there’s a thrill in that uncertainty. The morning found me in Harrods, a veritable temple to all things glittery and beautiful. Honestly, a tutu lover could lose themselves in there for hours. I may or may not have acquired a few additions to my growing pink collection. 🤫

Speaking of additions, a new dance bag from Liberty London is now officially on my list. I’m completely smitten with its exquisite fabrics and playful patterns! It's the perfect place to carry my favourite pointe shoes and ballet gear – talk about making a stylish statement! 🩰

Lunch was a delightful affair at the adorable cafe “Tutu & Tiara” - it felt so perfectly “Pink Tutu Blog”! Their salmon and cucumber sandwiches were exquisite, and the lemon cake was practically begging to be photographed for the ‘gram! They even had a special section in their cafe for customers who came in pink tutus, complete with a complimentary “twirl on demand” service!

This evening, the enchantment continues with a performance at the London Coliseum! Tonight, it’s “The Nutcracker,” a ballet classic that always brings a twinkle to my eye and a tap of joy to my toes! There’s just something magical about watching the delicate artistry of ballet and the sheer technical brilliance of these incredible dancers. It's a timeless tale of wonder and a beautiful reminder that dreams are always possible.

This production always transports me to a world of fantasy and charm. And of course, a trip to the theatre wouldn’t be complete without a little pink-tutu-themed outfit. This evening, I’ve chosen a sparkling hot pink tulle skirt and a glittering silver crop top. Let's just say that, my tutu's getting some serious mileage tonight! 💖
