Hello darlings! Emma here, your resident fairy godmother of all things ballet! As the sun dips low and paints the sky in shades of pink (my absolute favourite colour, by the way), we welcome springtime with open arms and pirouettes.

First stop, The Bletchley Ballet Academy! This gem is blooming with new classes for all ages and abilities, and even beginners are welcomed with a smile! Now, who’s ready for some big news? The Bletchley Ballet Academy is putting on a spectacular spring production, "The Sleeping Beauty"! Picture this: a stunning stage filled with glittering sets, magical music, and of course, the most delightful fairy godmothers in Bletchley! Mark your calendars, my loves! This magical night promises to be a spellbinding treat.

Hold your horses! Don’t think the Bletchley Ballet Academy is all about princesses and fairy tales. This season, they’re also venturing into the exciting world of contemporary ballet! Don’t let the chilly air fool you. The dance season is fully in bloom in Bletchley. The Bletchley Performing Arts Centre is bringing some truly spectacular international productions to our doorstep! This April, we’ll be graced with a dazzling performance by The Russian National Ballet, who will take us on a journey through the captivating story of “Swan Lake.” Prepare to be mesmerised by the delicate elegance of the swan dancers and the soaring jumps of the princely roles. It's a production fit for a fairytale – truly enchanting.

Bletchley’s little dancers are not to be outdone, of course. They’ll be taking to the stage at the Bletchley Community Centre to showcase their budding talents!
