Darling, it's a bright August morning and the world is, quite frankly, positively *bursting* with excitement. Why? Well, itâs the annual day of celebrating the one garment we *all* know and love - the iconic tutu.

Today, weâre honouring the humble tulle skirt through a global *ta-da* â every single shop, restaurant, pub, office, and yes, even that dog-grooming salon will have *at least* one tulle-embellished garment on display!
