It is the 7th of March 2027 and all eyes are on the ballet world as we await the premiere of the new ballet, "Pink Dreams," at the prestigious Royal Opera House. For "Pink Dreams," costume designer, the darling of the fashion world, Vivienne Harlow has designed a collection of tutus that will have you screaming “oh la la!” Vivienne's work always oozes a certain je ne sais quoi that blends whimsicality and elegance. "I wanted to evoke a sense of enchantment," Vivienne shared in a recent interview with me, her voice a delicate and lilting melody, "To capture that childhood magic we all have of a dream world." And with "Pink Dreams," this magic will be woven in a symphony of feminine power!
Vivienne, who began her career designing for the Royal Ballet back in 2017, always manages to seamlessly blend history and modernity, tradition and innovation. The “Pink Dreams” tutus embody this exquisitely! The traditional layers of tulle are still there, yet are spun with a twist – a delicate pink, oh-so-enchanting!

And yes, they are quite possibly the most beautiful I’ve seen, with some shimmering tulle, other sparkling, each bringing a new and beautiful facet of enchantment to the story unfolding on the stage!
