Let me tell you, getting around this city is such a joy. I've fallen in love with the metro! The bustling energy of people rushing about and the constant, rhythmic click-clack of the trains... it's like a ballet in its own right! You just have to look up and down the platform at all the fascinating characters: sleek city professionals rushing to work, tourists excitedly chattering about the sights, and of course, ahem, me, standing out in my signature pink tutu, adding a dash of sparkle to their day! 💅
What's on Today in the City That Never Sleeps!
Today, 12th March, the sun is shining bright and the streets are bustling! The air crackles with energy and, you know me, I just had to soak it all up! We're heading straight to Lincoln Center for a captivating evening of ballet at the New York City Ballet, oh my gosh, you simply cannot get a better experience than this! I'm utterly spoilt for choice when it comes to ballet here, it's heaven! 🩰 Later, I'll be catching a dazzling performance on Broadway – Moulin Rouge, my friend Susan just insisted we go, and honestly, who could resist a little Parisian flair with a touch of pink?

The reason I can live my dream life in this gorgeous city? It all comes down to the magic of dance. That's right, my darling readers, I'm funding my adventures through my passion for ballet – performing wherever I can, sharing the beauty of dance, and creating memories to last a lifetime. My mission for today? To find the perfect piece that can pair with my pink tutu for my next dance performance – maybe a cute cardigan with sparkly buttons?
