This week's been extra special because, as you all know, I'm all about embracing every opportunity to perform. I had the chance to grace the stage with the most incredible troupe of dancers, and let me tell you, it was absolutely electrifying! The energy was palpable, the applause thunderous, and the whole experience? Pure magic. 🌟
The applause isn't just about the performance, though. You know me – I can't resist a good shopping spree! I found the most divine vintage shop tucked away in a quiet corner of Greenwich Village. Imagine: velvet gowns, shimmering sequin dresses, and even a few fabulous tutus that would make any ballerina swoon. You can imagine the pure joy that filled my heart! 😍
I snagged a stunning lilac-hued silk scarf – you know I love anything pink, but lavender and lilac are right up there too! – and the most exquisite pair of beaded earrings that are absolutely perfect for a night out at the theatre. Oh, and the vintage ballet shoes – can you believe it? They’re absolute gems! 👠 The whole shopping experience was truly unforgettable, and it reminded me of why I love exploring the city’s hidden gems. There’s always a new treasure to be discovered!
And speaking of gems, I can't forget about the Broadway show I saw this week. I’ll just leave you with this: think dramatic singing, dazzling costumes, and a story that had me completely captivated. The sheer talent on stage was breathtaking! It’s always such a treat to watch dancers tell their stories through movement, expression, and the sheer beauty of ballet. The story really made me think, and I know you’ll agree – there’s no better feeling than letting your emotions flow as the magic of live theatre washes over you! 🤩

- Monday, 17th February 2020: Today, we're enjoying the beautiful snow-covered city with an afternoon in Central Park followed by a trip to the Lincoln Center to see a fantastic contemporary ballet performance. It’s a perfect Monday to feel all those fairytale vibes and celebrate the beauty of our favourite art form!
