Buongiorno bella!
It's Emma here, ready to share my Roman adventures with you! As usual, I'm decked out in a fluffy, bright pink tutu, a splash of pink on my cheeks, and a pair of fabulous fuchsia heels, ready to tackle the Eternal City in style.
This week, I'm whisking you all off to Rome, where the cobbled streets echo with history, the sun warms your face, and the delicious aroma of pizza wafts through the air! I’ve had such a brilliant time here exploring and I can't wait to share it with you.
A Day Filled With Culture and Colour
Today's itinerary is jam-packed! I started the day with a delightful coffee and pastry in a little cafe nestled within a bustling piazza. The Italians really know how to make their pastries, I tell you.
Next stop - the Colosseum! It’s a magnificent sight to behold – these ancient ruins never fail to take my breath away. You can truly feel the history radiating from the very stones! To give my outfit an extra touch of ‘Roma Chic’, I paired my pink tutu with a scarlet cape and gold sandals. After all, you need a pop of colour when standing against a backdrop of such impressive history!
From Roman Ruins to Roman Glamour
After my cultural dose, I felt the urge for a little retail therapy. Rome's shopping is phenomenal. Of course, I found myself drawn to the beautiful pink shoes and sparkly accessories in every shop! And yes, you guessed it - I indulged in a fabulous new pink feather boa, perfect for an evening performance.
A Breathtaking Ballet
Later tonight, I'm excited to catch the "Swan Lake" at the Teatro dell’Opera di Roma! There's something magical about attending a ballet in a beautiful theatre - the music, the costumes, the elegance… and then, there's the thrill of witnessing talented dancers interpret such incredible artistry. It’s truly captivating! I love feeling that passion on stage, and then, after the final bow, feeling the energy from the entire theatre. It's inspiring.
Rome: A Pink Tutu Paradise
I can’t say I'm surprised that Rome has won my heart, with its cobbled lanes, buzzing squares, historic landmarks and vibrant culture. Everywhere I turn, it feels like an inspiration! And that inspiration is definitely finding its way into my latest tutu creations, that I just know you guys are going to adore!

As I’m typing this, I'm just on my way to the opera, excited to watch the show and soak up more of Rome's enchanting atmosphere.
