Hey ballerinas! Emma here, and spring is officially in the air! 💐 The sun is shining, the birds are singing, and I'm absolutely buzzing with the urge to update my dance wardrobe and twirl into the season in style.
So, this weekend, I decided to head to Small Heath, my favourite local spot for all things tutu and ballet-related, for a spot of serious spring shopping. Let me tell you, you won't be disappointed! This area is a haven for ballerinas of all ages and skill levels, packed with independent boutiques and dance studios, all brimming with stunning tutus, leotards, and everything in between to get you feeling fabulous for the spring season.
A Tutu-licious Trip Down Memory Lane:
Walking through the streets of Small Heath, I can’t help but feel a sense of nostalgia. The shopfronts with their vibrant displays, the familiar smells of leather and tulle, the chatter of excited dancers... It reminds me of all the amazing memories I have of shopping for my first leotard or perfecting my pirouettes in one of the area's many dance studios.

This stylish little shop offers a mix of vintage and modern styles, catering to the modern dancer who isn't afraid to make a statement. I spotted a stunning, glittery tutu with an ombre effect in the window display, which immediately captured my attention!
