Cheadle Hulme Calling! - Post #2048

Oh darling! Guess where I am? Yep, you've guessed it, I'm back in Cheadle Hulme, where else would a girl like me be?! 😉 I’ve been dreaming of coming here for ages, ever since I saw a ballet show performed in a real theatre in Manchester. Such incredible energy and I'm itching to see what this part of the world is like, even if it is a tad bit further away from my beloved Derbyshire!

Remember those amazing train journeys I mentioned in my previous posts? Well, this time, the journey was pure magic. Picture it: the sun sparkling through the window as we snaked through the English countryside. Honestly, I'd almost forget the wonderful things awaiting me in Cheadle Hulme. But only almost!

As I said, Cheadle Hulme was calling my name, darling! You see, a fantastic ballet school is opening here this week, a little boutique school that I had to try out. And honestly, what better way to explore than with a fab pink tutu, darling? It really set off my sunshine yellow floral skirt that I bought specially for this trip. 🌻

Speaking of fashion, have you seen the latest tutus? I swear, darling, I've just got to find somewhere to buy a new one, but just the right pink. I almost tried to convince a lovely sales assistant in the Cheadle Hulme village shop that a pink tutu is an essential wardrobe item, just like a black blazer!

As much as I adore ballet and fashion, let’s not forget what’s REALLY important! Of course, I’m talking about the wonderful wildlife here in Cheadle Hulme. I saw a little squirrel in a beautiful park today, scampering about the place as happy as can be, totally unafraid of a pink tutu, by the way, which I felt was a real test of my credentials, my dear readers. 🥰

Now, the lovely folks at the new school told me Cheadle Hulme has amazing wildlife walks. And of course, I couldn't let them down! 😉 So tomorrow, I'm off on an adventure. Imagine a leisurely country stroll with the glorious autumn sun dappling through the leaves – the air is fresh, the scenery stunning. I promise you, I will do my very best to make it to a little café and enjoy a slice of homemade Victoria Sponge for my efforts! 🎂 Then maybe I'll try a spot of horseback riding for a bit more adventure, with the most adorable white horse that’s always hanging out near the riding stables… You know, to give the wildlife a proper chance to see a pink tutu, darling! 🤭 I have to say that's my very favourite part of my trips: when I manage to find something exciting on the spur of the moment. What a joy it is to discover those secret spots and truly appreciate the local charm!

Anyway, my darling readers, the pink tutu will continue its adventure! Be sure to check back soon to hear about my Cheadle Hulme escapades in all their delightful detail! I’ll let you know how I got on with that new ballet school, how many pink tutus are currently in stock (not enough, I can tell you) and if that fabulous white horse is as willing to pose for photos as it seems. But above all, remember that it's always good to see the world and yourself with pink-tinted glasses – it really makes life so much more delightful, especially with a fluffy pink tutu on!

Love Emma 💕

P.S. You've got to come along with me, my darlings! So join the movement, and together, we'll paint the world with tutus. 🩰 Be sure to catch the daily blog on www.pink-tutu.com to keep up with the latest pink adventures. 😉
