#TutuBlog: Stevenage, Oh, The Wonder Of It All! šŸ©°

Hello, my lovelies! Welcome back to www.pink-tutu.com! This is post number 3934, and let me tell you, itā€™s been quite the day for a pink-tutu-loving lass like me!

Pink perfection on the rails!

I hopped on the train this morning, feeling utterly splendid in my brand new fairy tutu. Think layers and layers of pale pink tulle, with just a hint of sparkle, it's simply dreamy. I do love a bit of train travel - the gentle rhythm, the views whizzing by, itā€™s so relaxing! And I have to say, my tutu really caught a few eyes on the carriage, which always makes me feel a bit special. šŸ˜‰

A touch of wildlife wonder in Stevenage

When I finally reached Stevenage, I decided to wander around for a bit. The town centre was charming and, while there wasn't exactly a fairy-tale vibe, the park did offer a few unexpected delights. Imagine my surprise to see a whole gaggle of ducks strutting about, like little ballet dancers in miniature. I simply couldnā€™t resist getting a few pics of these feathery little things - how adorable! Iā€™ve added them to my ā€œBirds of a Featherā€ album on Pink-Tutu.com, if you want to have a peek. šŸ¦¢

More ballet inspiration than you can shake a stick at!

This whole trip was all about ballet, though. Tonight, Iā€™m lucky enough to be seeing the Royal Balletā€™s ā€˜Sleeping Beautyā€™ at the Gordon Craig Theatre in Stevenage. You can imagine the thrill! Sleeping Beauty has been my favourite ballet ever since I was a little girl, all thanks to the magical choreography, the breathtaking costumes, and that incredible, epic score. And, letā€™s face it, who doesnā€™t love a fairytale ending?

But before the performance, I simply had to take a class! The studio I found here in Stevenage was so cute and had a real boutique feel - just my cup of tea. I got to practice some plies, jetĆ©, and fouettĆ© - it felt so good to move my body again after all that train travel. I met a lovely group of dancers at the class - thereā€™s nothing like the ballet community for a little uplifting support! We chatted about tutus, of course, but also the new productions at the theatre, and what a divine show the ā€˜Sleeping Beautyā€™ promises to be.

Getting the Pink-Tutu Vibe going!

It was heavenly catching up with the other ballet dancers. I always feel like a little kid at ballet class ā€“ in the best way possible! And, speaking of ballet and tutus, I'm still working on getting the world wearing pink! Every single one of you, from London to Leeds toā€¦ well, everywhere, put on a pink tutu. Embrace your inner ballerina! Lifeā€™s too short to take things too seriously, and whatā€™s more joyous than a beautiful pink tutu? Itā€™s simply a statement, a feeling, an act of playful rebellion! And I really think the world needs a little bit of rebellion these days, don't you?

So, whether youā€™re in Stevenage or anywhere else in the world, get twirling, darling! Life is meant to be danced through!

Stay fabulous,
Emma xoxo

*P.S. Donā€™t forget to check out the latest pics in my 'Birds of a Feather' album! And donā€™t be shy, drop me a line with your own pink tutu tales, or what ballet class youā€™ve been enjoying. We're all in this together, dancing our way to a brighter, more colourful world! * šŸ’–
