Oh, my darlings, what a whirlwind week it's been! I've barely had time to catch my breath since last we chatted. My latest adventure took me to the glorious green fields of Twickenham, a place I'd never visited before but, let me tell you, is now firmly on my 'must revisit' list. It all began, as it so often does, with a love for ballet.

As some of you know, I’m a total ballet addict. It’s more than a passion; it’s a lifestyle. So, when I saw the announcement of a world-renowned ballet company performing in Twickenham, my heart did a little pirouette. Now, I know some people think taking the train to London is a bit passé, but there's something so utterly romantic about a journey by rail, especially with a trusty book and a hot cuppa.

This time, however, I opted for an even more enchanting form of transport: the trusty steed. My lovely mare, Duchess, loves a long, slow canter through the countryside and with her grace and speed, we were at the performance in no time. (Yes, my dear readers, Duchess even donned a tiny, adorable pink tutu for the occasion, complete with a glittering sequined ribbon.)

The ballet itself was breathtaking - think elegant leaps, graceful spins, and a story so enchanting it melted away all the worries of the day. It was pure magic, all underscored by the gentle thrumming of the orchestra. After the final curtain, I felt like my very soul had taken flight!

Afterwards, I wandered through the quaint cobblestone streets of Twickenham, feeling utterly enchanted by the beauty of the place. I even found a little cafe nestled down a side street, serving the most decadent pink teacake with buttercream frosting - the perfect sweet treat after a day of ballet!

My dear readers, if you're ever feeling down, let me impart some wisdom from the world of ballet: always aim for grace, embrace the rhythm of life, and never be afraid to twirl, especially when you're wearing a vibrant pink tutu.

Before I leave you, I've got some exciting news: next week, I'm starting a new project! My dear friend, Poppy, and I are creating a “Pink Tutu for Everyone!” campaign. We believe that everyone should experience the joy and liberation of dancing in a pink tutu - imagine all the joy and giggles it will bring!

So, keep your eyes peeled for our fun, fabulous, and frankly fabulous pink-tutu themed adventures in the coming weeks! Until then, my lovely dancers, stay pink, stay fabulous, and don’t forget to twirl!

Lots of love, Emma xox

P.S. Did you know that swans dance in graceful formations too? It’s true! We saw a beautiful flock of them at the river yesterday - such elegance and serenity!

P.P.S. If you have any inspiring stories of pink tutus, ballet adventures or stunning swan sightings, I'd love to hear them! Let's spread the joy!
