Hello darlings! It's Emma here, ready to share another whirlwind of tutu-tastic adventures with you!

This week, I've traded my trusty steed for the choo-choo train, taking me all the way to the sunny seaside town of Broadstairs. Yes, you heard right, my lovely pink-tutu-wearing pals – Broadstairs! And let me tell you, it's been a true ballet dream come true.

Right off the bat, I have to confess, Broadstairs has that quaint English seaside charm that warms the heart. From the moment I hopped off the train, I was captivated by the narrow, cobbled streets lined with colorful houses, shops bursting with quirky treasures, and of course, that glorious salty sea air. I mean, don't you just love the way it fills your lungs with pure magic and, you know, just makes you want to twirl?

As soon as I set foot in my adorable B&B, I whipped out my trusty pink tutu and promptly took a spin in the courtyard. Don't judge, but I simply couldn't help myself – there's something so liberating about dancing in a tutu, especially in a beautiful setting like this! I practically became one with the swaying palm trees and the melodic calls of the seagulls – all I needed was my trusty pointe shoes!

But wait, the real adventure was just getting started.

The main reason I came to Broadstairs was for the amazing Broadstairs Folk Week – and guess what? They had a whole "Dance" tent! Now, if you're anything like me, you know I'm not just a ballerina but also a big fan of folk dancing – there's something so charming and infectious about the energy and joy of traditional dance. And, naturally, there was even a workshop dedicated to the art of traditional English morris dancing, and what's better than a little dance with a wooden stick in hand? Oh, and you can imagine the amount of twirls, right?!

Speaking of twirls, we had a wonderful time watching local talent perform all sorts of dance styles. I particularly loved a mesmerizing belly dancing performance – so much grace and beauty!

I couldn't leave Broadstairs without a dip in the cool, refreshing sea – a must for any seaside adventure! As the sun dipped low, casting a warm golden glow over the coastline, I twirled, of course, along the promenade, my tutu billowing in the gentle sea breeze. What a perfect way to end the day, filled with dancing, sunshine, and memories.

Of course, being Emma, I had to spread my little pink tutu gospel. So, guess what? I gave out a few free pink tutu ribbons to the delighted children. (Let’s face it, children always love ribbons!). And oh, how the little ones’ faces lit up when they saw me – a vision in pink tulle!

I was reminded why my pink tutu journey is so important to me: it's about bringing joy, beauty, and a bit of sparkle into every corner of life! We all need a little pink tutu magic to brighten up our day!

Honestly, Broadstairs has completely stolen my heart. I’m ready to pack my tutu, my trusty notebook, and come back and discover more hidden corners, charming boutiques, and delightful tea rooms! I even bought myself a beautiful seagull-shaped trinket that will adorn my bookshelf as a reminder of this tutu-filled trip.

But wait, there’s more. As always, my eyes couldn't help but seek out the local wildlife. Imagine, while walking along the picturesque coastline, a family of seagulls landed gracefully nearby! You could just hear their tiny chatter. Such magnificent creatures – I spent some time appreciating them, taking photos (with my tutu, of course!). It really is amazing what beautiful sights you discover when you just embrace a little pink tutu spirit!
