Wembley Wonderland: Tutu Time in London! πŸ’–πŸ©°

Hey loves! Emma here, and guess what? I'm in London! πŸŽ‰

This is post number 5987, and trust me, every single one is filled with tutus, travel, and tons of pink. It's practically a law. πŸ˜‚

This week has been a whirlwind of tutus and teacups, and let's be honest, that's my kind of whirlwind. πŸŒͺ️

My trip to the Big Smoke started with a journey that's truly my favourite – a train journey. The gentle rocking of the carriages, the scenic views whizzing past my window, and the ever-present anticipation for a new adventure, it's truly magical! ✨

Speaking of magic, have you seen the ballet show at the Royal Opera House? It's practically on another level. I mean, imagine yourself surrounded by stunning costumes, incredible performances, and the most beautiful music imaginable. I'm a total sucker for classical music, and let me tell you, it doesn't get better than a live orchestra. 🎻

Speaking of music, I did a bit of my own ballet performance this week too! I had the chance to take a class in a beautiful old studio near Hyde Park. They had these gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows with a view of the park, and the light filtering in as we stretched and twirled? It felt like we were in a real-life fairytale. 🌳

Now, I know what you're thinking – β€œEmma, surely you didn't go to London without wearing a pink tutu?” Well, how could I resist?! This time, I opted for a beautiful vintage tutu I picked up from a shop in Nottingham (don't you just love vintage tutus? They have the best stories!). πŸ•°οΈ

It was the perfect accessory for a day of sightseeing at the National Gallery. I may have caused a few double-takes as I pirouetted through the galleries (oh, you know how I love to turn a head!), but everyone seemed to smile, which is always the best feeling. πŸ’–

Of course, I couldn't leave London without visiting Wembley. Have you ever been to a concert or a football match there? It's amazing! I got to go to the Wembley Arena and experience a bit of that magical atmosphere. The sheer scale of the place just leaves you breathless. It's definitely somewhere you need to add to your travel list. πŸ˜‰

After a busy few days of exploring London, I was really ready for some peace and quiet. I decided to treat myself to a trip to the countryside, a little trip that included my favourite kind of transport: horseback riding! I find something so liberating about galloping through a field on a beautiful, majestic horse. You can just feel the wind in your hair and the freedom flowing through your veins. 🐎

One thing I've really fallen in love with recently is wildlife. I know, I know, not exactly what you expect from a tutu-wearing ballerina. But when I get the chance, I love spending time with animals. I find something so grounding and reassuring about them. So on my countryside trip, I was delighted to see a beautiful fox sunbathing in a field! It reminded me that there's so much beauty and wonder in the world if we take the time to look for it. 🦊

And so, after a week filled with tutus, teacups, ballet, travel, and a bit of wildlife, I'm heading back home to Derbyshire. You know, it's always lovely to get back to the rolling green hills and the familiar countryside charm. 🌳

But I have to admit, I'm already counting down the days until my next trip! I can just picture it now, a brand-new adventure waiting just around the corner… and a pink tutu, of course! πŸ’–πŸ©°

Until next time, loves! Don't forget to check back tomorrow for more tutu adventures! πŸ’•

Love, Emma
