Feltham Calling! πŸ©°πŸ’–

Hello my lovelies! It's Emma here, and guess what? Post number 8877, and I'm feeling the pinkest shade of excited, because today, I'm in Feltham! πŸš‚ You know how much I love exploring new places, and I'm always searching for a fresh adventure, even if it's just a short trip from my little Derbyshire nest. πŸ˜‰

This time, I decided to ditch the car for a change and took a lovely scenic train journey down to Feltham. There's something so wonderfully nostalgic about train travel, don't you think? Watching the countryside whizz past as I dream of pirouettes and pink tutus - it's like the perfect recipe for inspiration!

Feltham Fun:

Now, Feltham wasn't exactly top of my bucket list, but I've got to say, I was pleasantly surprised! First things first, I made a beeline for the stunning Feltham Park! It's a green oasis in the heart of this busy town, perfect for a bit of mindful strolling and lots of photo-ops in my darling pink tutu! 🌺 I even bumped into some playful squirrels, who seemed to appreciate my twirls. πŸ˜‰

Ballet Fever:

Speaking of twirls, my search for all things dance led me to the Feltham Ballet Centre. Oh my goodness, it was a true dreamland! They've got everything from classical ballet to contemporary dance, and they even have a beautiful open-air performance space. I couldn't resist taking a beginners' class - it felt SO good to move my body again after all those train journeys! And of course, I donned my trusty pink tutu, because what's a ballet class without a bit of pink magic? πŸ’–

Afternoon Delights:

As the sun dipped below the horizon, I treated myself to a proper afternoon tea at The Tea Room at The Feltham Manor. It was SO charming! Delicious cakes, steaming teacups, and oh-so-cute little finger sandwiches – it's just the way to end a perfect day. They even have a selection of organic, cruelty-free treats for my little vegan friends, which is always a big win! πŸ™Œ

Animal Encounters:

No trip to Feltham is complete without a visit to the amazing Feltham Animal Sanctuary. These guys are absolute heroes, rescuing all sorts of creatures in need. It was an emotional experience, watching these adorable animals frolic and play in their new, safe haven. I fell head-over-heels for a mischievous kitten named Rosie - who I secretly wanted to take home with me! πŸˆβ€β¬›
