Helloooo darlings! It’s your girl Emma here, signing in from the beautiful town of Fleet! As you know, my travels are as much about the journey as the destination, and today's train journey was nothing short of delightful.
I'm on a mission to conquer the world one pirouette at a time, and my next stop is the charming town of Farnham for the Festival of Dance. You bet I’ll be in the front row! The programme is crammed with a mix of modern and traditional, so my inner ballerina is practically vibrating with anticipation!
Speaking of anticipation, I must tell you all about my fabulous orange tutu that's stealing the show today! Now, I'm known for my love of pink - let's be honest, a true ballerina never strays far from her pink - but sometimes even the pinkest princess needs a splash of something different! ?
I bought this little gem at a quaint antique shop in Derbyshire before I set off. You know me, always keeping an eye out for hidden gems, and this tutu just called to me. I have to say, it feels absolutely perfect for the vibrancy of Fleet and the magic of a festival.
Just like my tutu, Fleet is a blend of classic and contemporary! Imagine a beautiful Tudor house, a lively marketplace, and stunning views - all wrapped in a charming little package. I feel like I've stepped into a storybook!
And speaking of stepping into the storybook, imagine my delight when I saw a whole herd of deer crossing the path near Fleet station. Seriously, how picturesque! They’re absolutely breathtaking. You could say I almost missed my train taking photos of those graceful creatures – can you blame me, darling?
My heart’s always soaring for adventure and this is exactly what makes travel so incredibly fulfilling. And when you're living your best life, every day feels like an exciting journey! Speaking of journeys, have I told you about my obsession with trains and horses? I swear they're like therapy.
Riding the train through the countryside was an experience on its own! All that green, lush scenery... honestly, it puts me in the most peaceful state of mind. Imagine it, you, me, and a window seat overlooking those fields while enjoying a hot chocolate… pure bliss! I can't wait for my next horse ride – those magnificent creatures are such a great way to connect with nature.
The whole idea is about connection. Whether it’s with ourselves, the beauty around us, or fellow humans – it's all connected. Just like my blog – our little corner of the world where we share our passion for ballet, style, and adventure. It’s wonderful to see so many of you join our Pink Tutu family! Every single comment, every sweet message, and every pink tutu photo you share warms my heart.
I’m off now, lovelies! I’ve got a whole festival of dance to attend. Until then, may you all find that spark of joy that ignites your spirit! Don’t forget to take a leap of faith, wear a pink tutu (and an orange one occasionally!), and maybe, just maybe, take a dance lesson - because darling, everyone can dance! ?
Until next time, Emma
