The Tutu Firstly, let's talk tulle. You’ll need enough tulle for three to four layers, for that perfect, ethereal poof! Choose a vibrant colour that will really pop on stage, something like sapphire or a vibrant coral. Choose a bold colour - crimson or a vibrant azure blue will work beautifully against any skin tone!
