Imagine, my dears, cobbled streets, the scent of freshly baked bread in the air, and the exciting hum of progress. In this year, a landmark exhibition called the Exposition Universelle was taking place, showcasing the worldās technological and artistic innovations. And guess what, my lovelies? This event played a pivotal role in the evolution of the tutu as we know it!
