And, oh my goodness, have we got some history for you today! 1988! The year the world was buzzing with “You Give Love a Bad Name” and dancing to Michael Jackson's "Man in the Mirror!" 🕺 What better year to talk about ballet and tutus?!

If you’re in Derbyshire, where I’m from, imagine heading out to see the Royal Ballet touring company – perhaps seeing ‘Sleeping Beauty’ at Nottingham Theatre Royal! I'm envisioning an extravagant ballet production. Imagine the tutus swirling, the orchestra playing, and the entire room glowing with anticipation and excitement – it must have been enchanting!
I wonder what the dance magazines are featuring this week? They were probably bursting with fabulous photographs of dazzling ballerinas, a sea of tulle, and of course, the epitome of beauty – tutus in every shade imaginable!
