It's a Tuesday, which of course, means I'm wearing my dreamiest pink tutu, ready to delve into some historical fashion fabulousness. This is the year the film Strictly Ballroom graced the screen, and it really gave tutus a much-needed moment in the spotlight. I mean, how can you not be captivated by the bright, bold costumes that lit up the silver screen? Talk about making a statement!
