This weekend, your girl Pink Tutu Sparkles took to the stage at the Greenford Arts Centre for a glittering night of shimmering costumes and infectious energy. But hold on to your sparkly tiaras, darling, because I have to tell you all about my journey there, because honestly, that train journey was the most delightful part of the trip! **
Let's just say I embraced the pinkness, it's a part of me, you know! It started with a glorious pink floral tutu, a must-have for a weekend of fabulousness! I layered that beauty over a shimmering, metallic pink top, complete with sequins - naturally! To add that oomph to my look, I donned a hot pink fascinator that had plumes of pink feathers, which was definitely a conversation-starter. And of course, darling, you know me! No trip is complete without the fabulous fuchsia lip and sparkly pink eye shadow.
As for my trusty sidekick on this voyage? Why, the train of course! This train journey to Greenford was just divine. The sunshine was peeking through the window as the carriage started rolling along the tracks. My fellow travellers - lovely, genuine souls - seemed to share my sense of adventure, exchanging smiles and curious glances. After that little blast of creative energy, I spent the rest of my journey curled up with my pink vintage novel, "A Princess' Guide to Travel and Tea." Oh, how I do love a good escapist novel!
And just when I thought it couldn't get any better, Greenford surprised me with a stunning ballet-inspired exhibition at the Greenford Arts Centre! Oh my word, darling, the ballet exhibition! The exquisite detail of the costumes, the vibrant, whimsical colour, the history woven through the costumes, just brought my childhood ballet dreams to life. It truly was a treat for the eyes and a burst of inspiration for this tutu queen. After all, ballet and fashion, like peas and carrots, are an iconic match, wouldn't you agree?
Greenford was buzzing with anticipation for the evening show! There were people in fabulous costumes all over, dressed to impress. I took my own pre-show fabulousness a step further. In the dressing room I whipped out my collection of glitter bombs! A few spritzes, and bam - a stunning sparkle. There is no better way to add that extra shimmer to any occasion! I had the whole place dazzled before I even reached the stage!

I love when audiences feel the energy I pour out into each performance, I *do it for the thrill of seeing their faces light up! Oh, the laughter, the applause - what a joyful moment it was! Greenford truly did sparkle with happiness. **
After a quick outfit change and a few last farewell waves to my wonderful Greenford fans, I hopped onto that fantastically pink double-decker bus back to the station. As the bus rumbled along the town streets, the sunset created the most beautiful fiery sky - the perfect backdrop for the pink tutu dreams of a true queen.
