Well, it’s no surprise it was The Tutu Emporium that had me smitten, oh darling! You should have seen my little eyes light up when I found that vintage fuchsia feather boa, and let's not forget the dazzling pair of shoes that have a twinkle in their toes! whispers It just screamed "Pink Tutu Sparkles," wouldn't you say?
