Romford Calling! #TutuQueen Post #1846

Oh, my darling dears! How are you all? Are you ready to step into a world of pink tulle and sparkling sequins? Well, grab your best feather boas and prepare to get whisked away to Romford because today, your favourite tutu-loving queen is bringing the magic!

You know, sometimes life feels like a perfectly choreographed ballet – each moment flowing into the next, full of graceful movements and a splash of sparkling joy. That’s exactly how I felt stepping off the train in Romford! It’s been a whirlwind of a week - I travelled all the way from Derbyshire on a beautifully old-fashioned train, just me and my giant suitcase filled with glittering gowns, sparkling crowns, and yes, you guessed it… tutus, tutus, and more tutus!

Why, you ask? Well, I'm a little birdie with a big dream: to spread the tutu love across the world! Imagine a world where every single person wears a pink tutu – how absolutely fabulous would that be? It’s a vision I hold dear, and one that fuels me every time I step into the spotlight.

And let me tell you, darling, Romford is ready for a tutu-tastic time! My performance tonight will be a kaleidoscope of colour and sequins, showcasing all things fabulous and a whole lotta pink, naturally! The venue, nestled amidst the quaint charm of the high street, is buzzing with excitement. I can feel the energy of anticipation in the air, and I just know that my performance will be an explosion of colour and pure joy.

Speaking of colour and joy, remember those fabulous floral patterns that I bought at Liberty? They were just calling to be stitched onto my newest tutu creation – a vision of a ballerina’s dream with a touch of Victorian romance. I can't wait to reveal it tonight! I've even managed to whip up a brand-new makeup look for the occasion, featuring the most shimmery eye shadow I could find, paired with a coral pink lipstick that will make every head turn.

You know, it's funny. When I look back at my journey from a shy Derbyshire lad studying science to Pink Tutu Sparkles, it feels like a dance. I fell in love with ballet during university - remember the charity event where I first donned a tutu? My life hasn't been the same since. It opened up a whole new world of sparkly wonder and ignited a fire in my soul that just keeps burning.

But you know, darling, life as a Tutu Queen isn't just about spinning and swirling. I'm also a bit of a science geek at heart, juggling my love for performance with my job in the lab. It's amazing, really. One minute I’m testing the tensile strength of fabrics and the next, I’m gliding across the stage, shimmering in pink and inspiring others to wear a tutu with pride!

As I write this, my mind is flooded with the happy chatter of excited faces, the thrumming excitement in the air, the bright lights, and the anticipation of taking centre stage.

Oh darling, my heart is filled with joy. Tonight, Romford is going to get a taste of the #TutuQueen magic! And who knows? Perhaps, just perhaps, this performance might be the catalyst for another individual's tutu transformation…

Join me on this fantastic journey and let’s get this party started! Keep those tutus high and remember, every day is an opportunity to sprinkle a bit of pink magic on the world!

Love, Pink Tutu Sparkles
