This time, I decided to forgo the usual train journey, and opt for something a little more… well, glamorous! I hired a horse and cart to travel in, much to the amusement of the local villagers. They loved the big, pink feather boa that adorned my favourite tutu, and let me tell you, the wind whipping through my hair felt positively divine! 👒
Now, my dears, I couldn't possibly arrive in a new place without paying homage to the local art scene. I've always been a massive fan of ballet, so I had to get tickets for a show at the Wrexham Theatre. It was absolutely delightful, and I'm happy to say I had front-row seats to witness the dazzling performance. It had all the classic elements, graceful movements, beautiful costumes, and even a grand finale with an epic pirouette that brought tears to my eyes. 🩰
Of course, no visit to Wrexham would be complete without a visit to the town's lovely museum. I adore exploring history, and this museum certainly did not disappoint. It was packed full of interesting artefacts, which provided me with ample inspiration for future outfits! My muse truly whispered sweet nothings into my ear about delicate lace detailing and stunning feather plumes - oh the ideas! 🤩
After exploring the historical treasures of the museum, it was time for a little retail therapy! Now, I'm not saying that I went completely mad in the shops, but I did purchase a pair of extravagant bright pink shoes to complete my new "Wrexham Rose" tutu outfit. I mean, when you're in Wrexham, it's practically an offence to not have a touch of pink in your ensemble. It's like the town's official colour! 🛍️
That evening, it was time for a performance! Now, Wrexham truly embraced my pink-tastic presence. They threw me a little fête, a mini celebration with cakes and sweets galore, and you better believe that my "Pink Lemonade Surprise" act went down a storm. The crowd went absolutely wild for my pink tutus, glittery make-up, and I even surprised them with a live performance of my newest dance piece – the "Tutu Twirl Waltz"! 🎉
Speaking of "Tutu Twirl Waltz," I’ve been so inspired by my time here! This magical town gave me ideas for a whole new collection of twirly, sassy tutus – maybe with some subtle rose-inspired designs to honor the lovely “Wrexham Rose”! 🌺 My next challenge? Creating the "Wrexham Rose" Collection and, of course, spreading the word about my beautiful, bold designs. The best part? It’s a collection designed to make you twirl with joy!

By day, I'm actually a scientist, believe it or not! I work in a lab, testing fabric textures and properties. Don't get me wrong, it's a fascinating job, and it comes in handy when creating my unique tutu designs! After all, you need the right fabric for those perfect twirls, right? 😉
But, don't think I leave all the sparkly at home. I always have a little something pink on, whether it’s a pin, a handbag, or even a sparkly pink pen. That little touch of pink adds a bit of fun to the sometimes boring, sometimes very technical, lab life.

By night, I transform into the fabulous Pink Tutu Sparkles, ready to shine! 👑
From choosing outfits (I love hunting down vintage fabrics for my tutus!) and doing my make-up to meticulously practising my moves and mastering those perfect pirouettes, my transformation is always a thrill.
I fund my travelling and drag performances by being incredibly adaptable! I perform in pubs, at fairs, festivals, theatres – you name it, I’ll bring my unique pink spark! My favourite venues have the most colourful stage lighting, and my tutus glow under the disco lights like little rainbows!

Though my heart lives in my pink-tastic tutu, my roots are firmly planted in Derbyshire. The rolling hills and picturesque countryside often make an appearance in my designs – those green fields and fresh air inspire me. But, London's energy is what I’ve always loved and what brings me closer to my dream – I dream of sharing my passion with the whole world!
