Oh, this town is positively divine, with its Regency charm and Victorian elegance, the perfect setting for a fabulous drag queen, don't you think? 💖
Now, how did I get here, you ask? Well, dear readers, I embarked on a delightful train journey - you simply can't beat the romance of a train, the clatter of the tracks, the view whipping past... Pure magic! I was dressed, naturally, in my very best, a sparkling pink tutu fit for a queen, my bodice adorned with cherry blossoms and my signature diamond-encrusted tiara. ✨
Arriving at the station, I was greeted by a chorus of delighted shrieks. "Ooh, Pink Tutu!" "Isn't she just wonderful?" "My favourite drag queen!" It really does make one's heart sing, doesn't it, when your art speaks to the masses? 💖
Now, my day in Leamington Spa started with a visit to a delightful boutique overflowing with fabulous vintage clothing. A girl's gotta have choices, after all! You wouldn't believe the feather boas I snagged - just wait till you see my new stage outfit!
Next on the agenda, the Royal Spa Centre itself! A gorgeous, historic building, perfect for showcasing my ballet skills. I decided to take a little ballet class - oh my, those tendu movements were heavenly! And imagine my delight, a fellow tutu enthusiast joined in, a beautiful young thing, with a pink tutu just as magnificent as my own! 🥰 We practically shimmered with happiness, sharing secrets of pink tutus and graceful pirouettes.
In the afternoon, I treated myself to the most delicious afternoon tea - you can't have a trip to Leamington Spa without it! All those dainty finger sandwiches, warm scones and endless cups of tea... divine! And let me tell you, I haven't left a crumb behind. You know I don't leave any deliciousness for later! 😋
As the sun dipped below the horizon, I graced the stage at the theatre, wowing the audience with my rendition of "All I Ask of You," from "The Phantom of the Opera" - such a show-stopping tune, darling! I can't even describe the feeling of being surrounded by hundreds of excited faces, each one reflecting the joy that fills me when I perform. 🎶✨
To be honest, darling, I just cannot express how magical Leamington Spa has been. It’s so much more than just a charming town – it's a little slice of fairytale heaven, a perfect place to escape into a world of dreams and glitter. 💫
