Northolt: A Pink Tutu Dream Come True!

Hello, darlings! Pink Tutu Sparkles here, reporting live from the wonderful, slightly wonky town of Northolt. You know, I'm not sure why Northolt doesn't get more love on the tourist circuit – it's just charming. I mean, those shops on Church Road? A veritable paradise of everything a girl could desire. It was like stepping back in time. Or forward in time – it's hard to tell in this fashionista's world.

Anyways, enough with my musings! This is post number 3061 (the numbers just keep growing!) and today I'm bringing you a juicy update on my adventures in a place where the shops actually stock my size (a blessing, let me tell you!) and where I spotted a street corner dedicated to nothing but 'Paws & Claws'! Imagine that! A street for furry friends? Oh, the joy!

I'm wearing a divine pink tutu with sequins (of course!), matched with a sky-blue feather boa, and my signature giant, pink bow perched atop my bouncy blonde wig. My whole ensemble is so lovely, you just have to see it. The pictures will be up on my Instagram, naturally!

I came to Northolt by train, a fabulously relaxing mode of transportation, you know. Perfect for indulging in a spot of reading about, of course, ballet! I always get some serious reading done on the train, it's just such a cosy atmosphere for catching up with the world of dance.

As I mentioned, I've been utterly enchanted by Northolt. It's like a hidden gem just waiting to be discovered. Even the train station is delightfully old-fashioned, and I adore an old-fashioned place! It feels like I've stepped into a vintage film - if that film featured me in my iconic pink tutu. Oh, to dream!

The shopping in Northolt is something else. So much pink, so much glitter! My wardrobe's definitely in for a good old fashion update. I may have splurged on a couple of outfits (it wouldn't be a trip for Pink Tutu Sparkles without a new frock or two!). It just wouldn't be right to visit a charming town like Northolt and leave empty-handed. Imagine my dilemma! A girl needs options!

So, naturally, I've been having a blast just soaking up all the amazing vibes this place has to offer. Did I tell you about the street for pets?! What a marvellous thought. We should have more pet-friendly areas, it just goes to show that the locals really do love their furry friends! Just the kind of thing that wins over a girly-girl like me.

It’s been a splendid journey to Northolt, even the trip was an absolute hoot. You know, I'm a Derbyshire girl at heart but I do adore hopping on a train for a bit of travelling. It's something of an addiction. I'd do it every day if I could! And you can bet I'll be making the most of this fantastic journey with some fabulous photoshoots, and some new outfits that will leave you utterly bewildered! (I mean, have you seen the colours of my feather boas lately? Pink and glitter is just the beginning.)

Well, I must go and have a delicious dinner of something ridiculously unhealthy but absolutely mouth-watering (that’s my way!) in one of the fabulous-looking cafés near my hotel.

But hey, that’s the life of a pink tutu wearing drag queen. Keep your eyes peeled on my Instagram, I'm already posting those fabulous Northolt adventures.

And don't forget! The key to life? It's in the pink tutu!
