Macclesfield has always held a special place in my heart. This journey has a special purpose though! It’s not just about exploring a new town, it’s about taking Pink Tutu Sparkles’ message of fun and fierce femininity to new heights. I’ll be spreading my pink tutu magic across Macclesfield with a show at the wonderful Macclesfield Theatre, a performance designed to bring joy and glitter to everyone in the audience.
But before I let my sparkly sequined soul loose on stage, there are some Macclesfield adventures I simply cannot miss. A trip to Macclesfield’s beautiful Silk Museum, home to the world-famous silk heritage, will definitely be on the agenda. Imagine the opulent textures and fabrics... It’s practically made for a tutu-wearing queen, don’t you think? And don't even get me started on the vintage boutiques, just brimming with fabulous fabrics and the perfect inspiration for my next sparkly ensemble. Think retro glamour, darling!
Speaking of fabulous ensembles, my look for this Macclesfield escapade is a total vision in pink. Imagine, if you will, a layered tutu in the palest blush shade, cascading like a delicate flower, finished with a custom-made sparkly bodice and a feathered boa to die for.
