Hey my gorgeous girlies! It's Pink Tutu Sparkles here, reporting live from the fabulous town of Coalville, a place I've been wanting to visit for ages! It's the perfect stop for a travelling tutu queen like me. Now, you may think I'm a little crazy to be traipsing around the country in my pink tulle, but honestly, that's just the way I roll. So, how did I end up in Coalville, you ask? Well, as any self-respecting queen knows, travel is all part of the glamour. It's not just about finding the perfect spot to prance around in a pink tutu; it's about the adventure, the people, the experiences. In this case, I got a booking for a lovely community theatre production - think sequins, singalongs, and maybe a tap-dancing cat or two. Honestly, I wouldn't have it any other way.
This trip is even more special as I managed to snag a ride here on a beautiful horse-drawn carriage! I know, I know, you're thinking it's utterly whimsical, but you'd be surprised how often I get to travel in such an extravagant manner! And the carriage? Pure perfection – all velvety plush and sparkly chandeliers. Not a bad commute to a night of entertaining, eh?
Speaking of entertaining, did you know I have a whole team that helps with my shows? My amazing dressmaker, Tilly, just delivered the most glorious new number. Imagine this: a shimmering ombre tutu, fading from the most brilliant pink to a whisper of champagne, adorned with hand-stitched rhinestones! Chef's kiss And don't even get me started on my makeup artist, she's got me looking like a total queen – you know, eyelashes that could take flight!
Oh, and before I forget! There's something magical about performing in places like Coalville. You meet people who are passionate about everything from art and music to baking and crafting, and it just adds another layer to the whole experience. I had a delightful conversation with a local baker the other day who was sharing her secret recipe for the most scrumptious pink buttercream frosting! Talk about divine inspiration for a post-show dessert.
So, what else can I tell you about Coalville? Well, it's a bit of a hidden gem. It’s full of little shops and charming pubs, a place to truly relax and unwind after the adrenaline rush of a performance. I even managed to squeeze in a spot of clothes shopping. Found myself the cutest vintage hat that'll perfectly compliment my latest outfit, and it was a total bargain!
