I’m thrilled to be back in the Midlands – and you know what? The lovely folks here have the best tea shops. And they adore my pink tutu! Can you believe I’ve just had a cuppa in the cutest little cafe and everyone was absolutely swooning over my shimmering, bubblegum-pink tulle? 🧁
Today was a whirlwind of pink delights. I started my morning with a leisurely stroll through the Royal Pump Rooms gardens – talk about gorgeous! Those flower beds are like a burst of colour against the crisp, fresh air. Perfect inspiration for my next pink tutu look, wouldn’t you say? 🌸
Of course, any trip to Leamington Spa isn’t complete without a visit to the theatre. So, I sashayed my way over to the Royal Spa Centre, where the Leamington Spa Players are putting on a spectacular production of "Guys and Dolls". Oh my darling, the costumes were divine! And they really put a sparkle into my day. 😉
Speaking of sparkle, did I tell you about my latest, ultra-glam pink tutu find? Well, let's just say I may have accidentally treated myself to a gorgeous new tutu at the fantastic vintage shop, ‘Sew Vintage’ in town. You won’t believe the detail – it’s hand-sewn with layers of softest tulle, and adorned with real silver sequins. I simply had to have it!
But even with the new tutu excitement, it’s still the simple pleasures that make my trips so memorable. A stroll by the river, the fresh scent of freshly-baked bread wafting out of a local bakery… it's all just blissful. 😌
You know what? Being in Royal Leamington Spa feels like stepping back in time. There's a delightful old-fashioned charm that perfectly complements the modern, vibrant energy of this town. And the best part? Everyone seems to be having a wonderful time, indulging in the simple pleasures.
Now, don’t be fooled by my dainty pink tutus – I’m a seasoned traveller, and nothing gets between me and my destination, not even a train delay. My favourite way to travel, you see? Well, it’s a tie, really. It's hard to beat the romanticism of train journeys through the English countryside, watching the world rush by. But sometimes, I prefer to ride side-saddle on my trusted steed, Lady Buttons. That's when the real fun begins! 🐎
Let me tell you, travelling like a queen takes dedication and dedication is a word I live and breathe. And by night, it means shimmying, spinning and showing my love for all things fabulous, with a spectacular Pink Tutu Sparkles performance! Tonight I'll be bringing a touch of my unique sparkle to The Spa Hotel – where I'll be twirling, shimmying, and, of course, shimmering my way through a pinktastic performance for all you lovely Leamington Spa residents.
