You see, I believe wholeheartedly in the romance of rail travel, a journey back to a time of elegance and charm. With a cup of steaming tea in my hand, the scenery blurring by outside my window, I feel utterly enchanted. And this trip was no exception. A whirlwind of chats with fellow passengers (did I mention I LOVE meeting new people?), an enchanting landscape flitting by, and a good dose of "The Greatest Showman" soundtrack - I've arrived feeling truly energised and ready to grace the Billingham stage.

Well, it all goes back to my love of performing, my unwavering belief in the power of joy, and my desire to sprinkle a little glitter into every corner of the world. And honestly, Billingham feels like the perfect spot for that! A town full of heart, history, and a sense of community - the perfect ingredients for a magical performance.
I have a special little treat planned for tonight, something I’ve been brewing in my head for a few weeks now. My usual Pink Tutu extravaganza, infused with a bit of Billingham flavour. Think vintage elegance with a modern twist, a playful nod to the town’s industrial heritage. Oh, and don't forget those sparkly touches! You know me, a sprinkle of shimmer is a must, whether it's on my tutu or the backdrop itself.
Before I dive headfirst into all things Billingham, a quick confession. By day, as Alex, I work in a laboratory, surrounded by beakers and microscopes, analyzing fabrics to ensure they are as dazzling as they can be. But, let's face it, those lab coats can get a little dull! That's why, under the cover of twilight, I shed the lab coat and embrace the dazzling world of drag.
