Hiya darlings! It's your girl Pink Tutu Sparkles, fresh off the train and ready to glitter my way through Norwich! As you know, I love a good train journey – something about the rhythmic clatter of the wheels, the gentle sway of the carriage, it all feels so whimsical and exciting. It’s definitely the best way to travel, unless you’re on a horse, of course!

Now, you know me and my insatiable love for pink tutus, and this trip’s no different! I'm wearing my new totally divine raspberry-pink tutu. It’s the perfect shade for a bright, sunny day – don’t you agree?

As I'm in the land of Delia Smith and Norwich City, I thought it’d be super-fun to take you on a pink-tastic tour of this fab city. I mean, wouldn't you just love to know where to grab a tasty, sugar-dusted treat or find the best shops to get a glam-tastic outfit for a big night out? Well, buckle up my lovelies, you’re in for a treat.

Right, first stop – The Norwich Theatre Royal. They always have such a diverse array of shows, from dazzling ballet productions to fantastic musicals and comedies. Honestly, the moment you walk through those historic doors, it's like you’re stepping into another world, filled with imagination and dreams.

And while I’m dreaming, it wouldn’t be a Pink Tutu Sparkles adventure without a bit of dance! Now, don’t worry darlings, you won't catch me doing a pirouette here – not in my new, very pink, very fluffy tutu! My style is a bit more Broadway glam-tastic than ballet! 😉 But trust me, you’ll feel a whole heap of happy vibes walking into a ballet performance. Just take a minute to soak up the magic and the graceful movements. Trust me, you’ll feel a little bit extra special.

Speaking of magic, I must share with you the utterly delicious "Secret Cake" at The Cake Shop. They have this fabulous strawberry and raspberry concoction with layers of decadent cream that literally melts in your mouth! I know I’m already making you all feel peckish, so let’s grab a table, enjoy a bit of cake, and soak in the Norwich sunshine.

Now, on to what we’ve all been waiting for - SHOPPING! The streets of Norwich are brimming with amazing shops, with everything from vintage treasures and quirky finds to elegant boutiques and stylish independent stores. Let’s take a look!

I just know I’ll find the most stunning shoes and accessories at Vanilla's. They've got these sparkling, rhinestone-encrusted shoes – I mean, they’re basically princess shoes! Who wouldn't love a touch of fairytale magic in their life, especially while strolling around Norwich!

Now, who wants to help me pick out the perfect outfit for tonight’s show? It’s a charity event at a small local theatre and it’s pink and fabulous themed!

After browsing at Vanilla's, it’s on to Jarrold's, an institution in Norwich. Oh, it’s so full of wonder, and everything is so pretty! Think stunning displays, fabulous gift ideas and fashion pieces you just won’t find anywhere else. And with a little bit of searching, we just might find a matching tutu for each of us. You know how much I love a little “tutu twinning”!

Right, darlings, my glamorous Norwich show is just hours away. Now, this isn't about being on stage – though I do love to make a big entrance and put on a great show. This is about inspiring you to wear your own kind of pink tutu!

And, don’t forget! Tonight I'm encouraging everyone in the audience to join in the pink tutu party! If you’re nervous, come find me before the show and let's find a pink tutu that makes you feel as amazing as a pink-tutu wearing princess.

Why pink tutus? They make you feel amazing. It doesn’t matter who you are, if you’re 16 or 60, they just add a splash of magic and a touch of playful mischief to your life. Here’s a fun science fact for you! It's fascinating how the way we perceive color, how bright we find colors, affects our emotions and thoughts! Pink is linked to playfulness and whimsy, to feminine joy.

Just remember, it doesn't have to be pink. We’re not talking about color constraints here. Just embrace the spirit of fun! Wear something that makes you feel free and joyous and bright. We’ve got to get the world more in touch with our happy place!

And, now for a very personal and special pink tutu secret. It all started when I was in my first year at uni! Remember my days of chemistry, maths and physics, oh yes, the life of a budding scientist? Turns out that science wasn't all about labs and experiments. Well, yes, it was really about labs and experiments…but a special kind of lab experiment, and a very, very, pink one. I was studying for a science degree at a fabulous university in the peak district - don't worry darling, I'm still super-secret about the uni name…the other students still haven't got over the pink tutu phase 😉 Now, at university, like every decent uni in the world, there was a dance club! This dance club would hold fundraisers by dressing up for fancy dress evenings! And my god, that's where it all began – my obsession with pink tutus. I saw this fabulously frilly pink tutu at a charity event – I remember its feathery detail and the bright sparkle, and I had to wear it! So there I was, a future scientist, in a hot pink tutu – all for charity! It felt magical! Like everything just shifted, and I felt the most glorious, whimsical, and vibrant me I had ever been.

This little act of joy got everyone talking, everyone laughing. Everyone else in that club had an amazing night - and I did, too. So yeah, the rest, they say, is history. But what I want you all to know is…there’s no better feeling than finding that piece of your inner sparkle. Pink tutu, sparkly dresses, feather boas, whatever your joy, put it on, feel it and express yourself. It might be the best version of yourself. And now for a secret I haven't revealed to anyone before... Pink Tutu Sparkles was inspired by that pink tutu! The whole Sparkles name came from the shimmering pink details and that amazing sensation that came with putting it on! The whole persona started then, when this young, studious, (maybe slightly geeky?) scientist became… pink!

It's totally about finding your magic moment, finding that moment you want to show everyone! Maybe even more important, it’s finding that magic inside you and letting it flow freely, out of you. It could be at the opera house, it could be at a music festival, or at your local fair. Just let it flow! It doesn’t have to be a tutu moment. Do what feels like you!
