Rochester, you magnificent marvel! I arrived on a gloriously sunny morning, the air filled with the sweet scent of blooming cherry blossom, and my heart practically bursting with excitement! I may be from Derbyshire, but I've got a thing for historic towns with cobblestone streets and grand old buildings - the kind that just scream "fabulous photoshoot location"! And let's be real, every good adventure needs a killer outfit. This time, I brought out the big guns – my full-length pink tulle tutu with a shimmering silver bodice. Travel By Train, Naturally!
Of course, a gal like me doesn't arrive by car, no, no, no! It's got to be a glamorous entrance, and what's more dramatic than a vintage train journey? Imagine the sheer joy of tucking into a steaming cup of Earl Grey, gazing at the picturesque countryside, and chatting up fellow passengers with a twinkle in your eye – a fellow pink tutu enthusiast, perhaps? (Spoiler alert: it didn't quite work out like that. But still, a glamorous ride is a must!)
A Tutu-tastic Shopping Spree!
Now, no adventure is complete without a spot of retail therapy, wouldn't you agree? Rochester didn't disappoint.
