The journey down here was a blast, naturally! This time, I opted for a trip by train. You see, my dear readers, I believe in taking the scenic route. Nothing beats a cuppa and a good old British chat with fellow passengers while gazing at the changing landscape! There's something wonderfully magical about traveling by rail, don’t you think? 🚂 Plus, it gives me the chance to rock my new "Train Chic" look - pink hat, pink scarf, pink heels, and of course, a dazzling tutu! 💕 You wouldn’t catch this queen on a budget airline - no way, José! 😉
Now, I don’t usually make a habit of giving away the grand finale too soon, but I'm going to be performing at a fantastic cabaret show in the heart of Southampton this weekend. Think dancing, singing, and enough pink tulle to make a flamingo blush. 🤩 I'm excited to share my passion for all things sparkly with a new crowd, to see the smiles on the faces of those lovely Southampton folk. The excitement is practically tangible! ✨
The secret to my life, my dearies? It's all about living in the pink! 💓 From the moment I wake up, I’m surrounded by rosy hues. My flat in Derbyshire? A kaleidoscope of pastel perfection! My wardrobe? Filled with enough pink tutus to make every other fashionista turn green with envy! 👗
Honestly, my love affair with pink started way back when I was studying science at the university. I mean, think about it! A whole world of exciting experiments, molecules dancing in test tubes, and a world of hidden wonders waiting to be discovered! It’s no wonder my inner Pink Tutu Sparkles came out in full force. 🥰
And you know what? There's a lot more to it than meets the eye! Sure, I wear pink tutus and perform as a drag queen. But by day, I'm a scientist in a lab, analyzing fabrics to make them stronger, safer, and more comfortable. It's the most incredible job! And when it comes to creating my pink dream, well, my expertise is more than handy! 🧪 You know I have to stay true to my scientist roots - research is essential to making sure my tutus are always sparkling, and that each one is as meticulously crafted as the last! 😉
