Hello my lovely little darlings! Pink Tutu Sparkles here, reporting live from the charming town of Sutton, a place where history whispers through cobbled streets and every corner holds a tale.
I've had such a magnificent time exploring Sutton, a veritable feast for the senses! I'm feeling so inspired, the air here is simply bursting with creative energy! I know, I know, it's the TutuQueen herself talking! 😜
It wouldn't be a Pink Tutu Sparkles adventure without a little bit of glitter, glamour, and a dash of fabulousity, wouldn't it? My journey began in the grand, majestic station – a vision of Victorian grandeur. I simply couldn't resist snapping a selfie in front of the iconic clock tower, twirling in my tulle, of course. Let's just say the commuters had their heads turned for a good minute, or two! 😄
Once I'd conquered the station, I set off to explore Sutton's historic heart. My oh my, the architecture is simply divine! Sutton House, the Manor House with a century's worth of stories tucked away in its walls, captivated my senses. Imagine, imagine - grand banquets, elegant balls, whispered secrets and… a fabulous tutu Queen? Oh, how I long to be a part of that time! 😉
My journey continued to the grand Tudor Manor, the perfect blend of history and nature. The house is stunning – an embodiment of English beauty!
However, as a true Pink Tutu Sparkles aficionado, I can't ignore the little treasures scattered throughout the area. From quirky cafes, bursting with homemade treats, to hidden corners oozing with artistic charm, this place is truly a gem. It's where history dances with modern vibrancy, and where you can easily lose yourself in the beauty of everyday moments.
No visit to Sutton would be complete without experiencing the thrill of a train journey, especially since we're in the midst of heritage railways. A trip in a vintage train? Sigh It was pure magic. I had visions of travelling through the English countryside in my tulle, watching the world slip by, but I refrained from doing the Pink Tutu Sparkles signature twirl… for now, at least. Maybe a little twirl for the camera! 😅
But hold your horses, dear readers, as a true advocate for everything fabulous and sparkly, I couldn’t leave without mentioning the absolutely gorgeous ballet shop. The ballet dancer within me erupted! This magical space was an absolute delight, bursting with tulle, feathers, and every kind of ballet costume imaginable. And who am I kidding? I picked up a couple of stunning tutus for my collection, naturally!
This week's sartorial selection? You guessed it – Pink Tutu! It’s always a pink tutu for me, darlings. Today, it was a bright, shocking pink tutu with a vibrant silver sparkle. Oh, the glitter! A little bit of Pink Tutu Sparkles sparkle, for the masses! This week’s look included a dazzling crop top that I hand-sequinned myself! You simply can't go wrong with a classic ballet pink! It’s time for a #tututuesday on Instagram and Tik Tok!
Now, my lovelies, let me spill some of my own, exclusive Pink Tutu Sparkles’s magic secrets… I’m heading back to Derbyshire very soon! And you won’t believe the amazing events I’ll be featuring, it’s all so hush hush at the moment. However, keep an eye out on www.pink-tutu.com!
