That's right, your favourite Pink Tutu Sparkle is back with another scintillating travel diary, full of sparkly fun, sassy outfits, and all things pink. Let’s get this fabulous adventure underway!
This journey started in my usual style, dear readers, – a romantic train ride through the beautiful English countryside! You know, I do believe travelling by train is the most enchanting way to go, all those rolling green fields and the rhythmic chugging sound – simply divine! The perfect excuse for me to dress up in my latest ensemble: a powder pink floral print dress with a cascading, voluminous tulle skirt – a tutu in disguise! I simply can’t help myself! 😉
Reaching Deal, my senses were flooded with the delightful sights and sounds of a traditional seaside town. Seagulls cried their welcomes from the skies, a gentle breeze carried the scent of salt air, and children shrieked with delight on the colourful beach. Everything about Deal seemed perfectly formed to fuel my girly whims!
And speaking of girly whims… my first stop had to be the beautiful Royal Military Canal Walk! Imagine, darling, – me, strolling through this beautiful park with a stunning view of the water and a light breeze dancing through my pink tulle! Every picture perfect moment had to be captured for you, dear followers! I know, I know, – you just can't get enough of Pink Tutu Sparkle on the go!
Of course, no seaside visit is complete without a delicious fish and chips supper! I am lucky enough to find a gorgeous seaside restaurant nestled among charming whitewashed buildings. Can you picture the scene, dears? Pink Tutu Sparkle, glowing in her blush-pink cocktail dress (just a teeny, tiny tutu tucked under there!), enjoying freshly cooked fish with the salty air tingling my nose and the sound of crashing waves in the background. Simply divine!
Now, to keep up with my commitment to sharing every detail with you, my fabulous fans, I also spent some time delving into the rich history of this enchanting town! Deal Castle, with its dramatic walls overlooking the sea, proved to be quite a spectacular site. And just as exciting? Discovering the secret passage leading through the castle’s very own Elizabethan Tunnel. A thrill, I tell you!
And, because every trip must have a touch of glamour, darling, – I found myself drawn to Deal's quirky vintage shops, filled with enchanting trinkets, clothing and homeware. Let me tell you, there were enough glittery baubles and sparkly treasures to make a queen go positively giddy!
Naturally, a little retail therapy must involve a pink tutu purchase, no? I simply couldn't leave without a delightful new feather boa and a matching fluffy pink headpiece. You see, my dear readers, pink tutus are simply never enough, you know? Each one holds a memory, a story, a tiny bit of sparkle from the unique moments I've lived in them!
Speaking of memories, the best part of my journey came with a special performance opportunity at the town’s annual summer festival! The crowd, dressed in their finest festive attire, erupted in applause as Pink Tutu Sparkle graced the stage, twirling with grace and throwing glitter like a true show-stopper! You could almost hear the roar of the crowd as they watched me, in my hot pink sequinned jumpsuit with a delicate, feathered tulle skirt fluttering around me – a touch of magic brought to the beautiful stage!
Later that night, back at my seaside hotel, the moon shimmered above the water, reflecting a silvery path across the sea, much like the pink sparkly trail I left across the hearts of the lovely Deal residents. I can’t help but think the pink tutu has done its magic, dear readers. Every trip, every journey, makes me ever so more sure of that! My journey across the world is just beginning! Who knows what adventures await? A royal tour in Buckingham Palace? A stage show in the bright lights of Broadway? Maybe a trip by carriage through the Scottish Highlands? My darling, the possibilities are endless, and with my trusty pink tutu and a sprinkle of fairy dust, there’s nothing that Pink Tutu Sparkle can’t achieve!
