Cleethorpes, you say? Well, honey, you can bet your bottom dollar that your girl is ready to sashay, shimmy, and sparkle in that lovely seaside town. Who knew that a small town nestled in Lincolnshire could be such a haven for a pink tutu loving queen like myself? The energy here is simply electrifying and everyone I've met has been so friendly and welcoming. This trip is definitely all about those feel-good vibes, you know, the kind that makes you want to twirl in your fluffiest pink tutu with a big grin plastered across your face.
Now, getting to Cleethorpes was an adventure in itself. Let's just say, my chariot for the day wasn't quite the Rolls-Royce, but rather a good old fashioned train, just me, my overflowing suitcase (full of glittering goodness, of course!), and a steaming cup of tea. Honestly, there's just something magical about being surrounded by that nostalgic train travel vibe. And for a true Pink Tutu Sparkles adventure, a journey is never complete without some ballet inspiration, which is exactly why I picked up a new copy of Dance Magazine for the journey - the perfect pre-show ritual, wouldn't you agree?
But first things first, I had to find the perfect spot for a photo-op that would capture the magic of my first day in Cleethorpes. I opted for the Cleethorpes Pier, because honestly, what could be more iconic than a sparkling queen and a pier overlooking the North Sea? The waves crashed and hissed like an orchestra of delight as I posed for some fantastic shots that you’ll be seeing on my socials, naturally!

From the promenade's seaside chic to the delightful vintage shops – like stepping right into a time machine! – Cleethorpes is absolutely brimming with personality, just like me! The friendly locals, with their seaside charm and kind eyes, always have a twinkle in their eyes when they see me and my pink tutu, as if I've just wandered out of their wildest dreams.
And what could possibly be more magical than a day of dancing at a Cleethorpes seaside theatre? A chance to shimmy and twirl alongside the finest dancers in town – it's truly inspiring. This town just pulsates with artistry and the spirit of creativity. Watching those amazing ballet moves filled me with joy. Even their costumes, which just whispered elegance, made me feel as if I was dancing among royalty. It makes me yearn to find a perfect stage where I can spread a little bit of Pink Tutu Sparkles magic in Cleethorpes. After all, my dream is to get every single person in this town rocking a pink tutu and twirling through the streets! Just picture it, a wave of fluffy pink as we dance our hearts out under the bright summer sun.
