Pink Tutu Sparkles’ Adventures in Aberdeen: Blog Post #6215

Oh, darling, how absolutely FABULOUS to be back with another pink-tastic blog post! This time, I, your very own Pink Tutu Sparkles, am sharing the sparkly joy of my recent travels to Aberdeen, a truly enchanting city where the North Sea meets the highlands. And as usual, darling, the trusty pink tutu was my trusty travel companion. I may be a bit of a diva when it comes to choosing how I travel, but frankly, who wants to be squeezed onto a cramped airplane, squashed beside some grumpy soul? When it comes to adventures, darling, I love the romantic journey of travelling by train, the slow and rhythmic lullaby of the iron wheels and the friendly smiles of the fellow travellers all make me feel like a little fairy queen on an important mission. (And if we're being REALLY honest, travelling by train does mean I get to be EXTRA dramatic with my outfit, I'm looking at YOU, my most sparkly pink platform boots!). This time, however, my trip took a rather unconventional turn - I journeyed by HORSE!

Yes, darling, a beautiful white steed whisked me through the Scottish countryside and frankly, it was absolute perfection! Picture this: I am, as you know, obsessed with pink. But there I am, perched on my steed, my vibrant pink tutu billowing gently in the wind, the landscape a symphony of greens, browns and blues. This journey was truly a magical one, and although a bit on the short side, (can we talk about just how long those horses sleep for?!), the feeling of freedom, the connection with nature... absolutely incredible!

Now, onto the star of this adventure: Aberdeen itself. A coastal city with a charming personality, it absolutely charmed me from the moment I stepped onto the cobblestones. It’s so vibrant, darling! There's a real, genuine friendliness in the air, and I felt absolutely welcomed. From the beautiful granite buildings (think Grey's Anatomy meets Victorian architecture!) to the bustling harbor with its boats bobbing gently like excited seabirds, there's an endless supply of places to explore and photographs to capture. The air was so fresh, I could smell the salty ocean in the breeze, making it absolutely perfect for a girl like me, a girl who simply adores a splash of glamour and a touch of sunshine.

But as always, when I go on tour, my main aim is to share the sparkle of Pink Tutu Sparkles, bring joy to the locals and, of course, encourage everyone to wear a pink tutu! And boy oh boy, Aberdeen you didn't disappoint! My performance at the grand Town and Country Hotel was a complete smash, with everyone dancing like no one was watching! (Oh darling, those were some moves on the dance floor. The Scottish ladies were rocking it, showing me moves I need to add to my repertoire - and believe me, darling, you know how much I love dancing! Those boots are practically made for shimmying). My heart swells with joy, watching the locals rock the tutus!

I even decided to do something truly magical and host a pop-up tutu shop in the charming Aberdeen Market! The local artists there welcomed me with open arms, their creative spirit as dazzling as my own! You wouldn’t believe it, darling, but my entire collection sold out! That’s the beauty of this job, the thrill of seeing someone slip on a pink tutu, embrace their inner-queen and radiate that fierce feminine energy!

Aberdeen, you have captured my heart! This place isn't just about historical architecture and vibrant nightlife, it's also about embracing the unexpected. Remember, darling, I am Pink Tutu Sparkles, and adventure is in my very essence. So what adventures will Pink Tutu Sparkles go on next? Where will the tutu and I journey next? I leave it to you to speculate, but rest assured, darling, every day is a fresh start for pink-tastic experiences. Stay tuned! Until then, may your life be filled with sparkle, sunshine, and the magic of pink!

Love and glitter, Pink Tutu Sparkles

XOXOXO
