Today's journey took me on a charming train ride. Nothing beats the wind whipping through your hair as you watch the countryside whizz past, especially when you're rocking a stunning pink tutu, darling! Let's just say, the fellow passengers were utterly mesmerised, and my fabulous pinkness definitely brought a touch of sparkle to their day.

Upon arrival in Uxbridge, I knew exactly where I had to go first: the fantastic Uxbridge Little Theatre. I'm a total theatre fanatic and there's something magical about stepping into a small, local theatre and getting swept away by a live performance. They were showing a delightful play with a charming storyline and a cast brimming with talent. And of course, I couldn't resist taking centre stage myself for a few impromptu twirls during the interval! After all, sharing the love of tutus and ballet is always a joy.

While I was in Uxbridge, I couldn't resist dipping into the vibrant ballet scene. A quick online search revealed a beautiful ballet studio called "Twirling Toes," where I signed up for a drop-in class. It was fantastic! Not only did I get to hone my ballet skills and show off my pink tutu in a beautiful, elegant space, but I also met some incredibly kind, enthusiastic fellow dance enthusiasts. We were all smiles as we pirouetted and pliés our way through the steps.

Uxbridge was brimming with delightful boutiques and independent shops, where I happily browsed for more vibrant pink additions to my wardrobe. Let's just say, my shopping bags were overflowing with tulle and sequins - perfect for my upcoming performances! I couldn't leave Uxbridge without grabbing some delectable pastries from a charming local bakery. After all, you need to fuel those twirls, darling!
The Horse-Powered Ride Back to Derbyshire:
My return trip home was a real fairytale experience. Imagine this: I hopped aboard a majestic horse-drawn carriage and spent the entire journey marveling at the rolling Derbyshire countryside. The carriage driver was absolutely delightful, and the horses, well, they simply stole my heart. They even knew when I needed a little bit of pink tulle to liven up their harnesses - Talk about fashion-forward steeds!
