This week, I had a gloriously nostalgic ride on the train to Tottenham, a perfect companion to my tutu-tastic attire. Trains, you see, are the perfect mode of transport for those of us who prefer a leisurely pace, allowing time for a little “twirly-time.”
Speaking of "twirly-time," can we just marvel for a moment at how much fun this word sounds? And what a concept it represents! It encompasses every aspect of life we should be embracing: joyous movement, spontaneous bursts of delight, a refusal to take life too seriously. In essence, it's pure tutu-magic!

Now, a word about the amazing history of Tottenham! I must admit, the local library was a haven of inspiration this time. The area’s heritage – from ancient Roman settlements to its association with footballing fame – was utterly captivating!
And while Tottenham's footballing history is famous, there's another exciting aspect of the town's story that piqued my interest: horseriding! It turns out Tottenham was once renowned for its horse-related trades and a centre for breeding the famed "Tottenham stallion." I even found out that horses played a significant role in its local coat of arms. A pink tutu and a spirited steed? Now that's a scene waiting to happen!

No adventure is complete without a little shopping spree. Luckily, Tottenham did not disappoint. It seems I’ve unearthed a haven of tutus! Whether you’re after something vintage or contemporary, chic or flamboyant, you can find the perfect pink tutu in Tottenham.
But enough of my rambling... it's time to grab a quick bite at a bustling local café – you can't visit Tottenham without trying their famous kebabs! Then, it's showtime at the Hotspur Stadium!
