Today's story unfolds in Romford, a lovely little town in Essex. I've been itching to get out and about, spreading the pink tutu gospel, and this charming town seemed like the perfect spot for some TutuQueen magic! I've always had a soft spot for Romford – the history, the architecture, and most importantly, the people!
The journey itself was part of the fun, of course! I opted for a classic, glamorous train journey – I do love a bit of nostalgia – with a dash of pink, naturally. It's not just about reaching the destination, but making the journey an experience in itself, isn't it? My tulle-covered handbag was filled with everything a drag queen needs: makeup, glitter, hairspray (you know the drill!), but more importantly, an arsenal of positive vibes. I have to admit, I always feel a little bit like a ballet dancer stepping out of the wings, heading towards the bright lights and welcoming applause as I glide through the station with my bright pink tutu.
