The air is buzzing with excitement, just like a tutu in a whirlwind!
This beautiful town has captivated me, like a perfectly executed pirouette. With its salt springs, picturesque streets, and quaint cafes, Droitwich is a haven for a queen on the move. My trusty travel companion, of course, was my trusty pink tutu, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint.
So how did I get to this lovely town? Why, by train, naturally! The rhythmic clickety-clack of the wheels, the gentle sway of the carriage... It's a true delight. And speaking of delights, I'm pretty sure I spotted a family with a child wearing a pink tutu at the station. Maybe they were inspired by yours truly? The seeds of tutu love are spreading, my dears!
Droitwich was a true haven for a queen who loves all things pretty. From the moment I stepped onto the platform, I was struck by the charm of this place. The shops were bursting with adorable knick-knacks and quirky gifts, the perfect place for a queen like myself to find some lovely new accessories. Of course, no outing is complete without a visit to the local charity shop - you never know what sparkly treasures you might find!
But the real highlight of my day, the jewel in the crown of Droitwich, had to be the Droitwich Spa. Imagine, my darlings, stepping into a serene setting with warm, bubbling salt water. It felt like an elegant ballet class in the clouds, a gentle and luxurious stretch for my weary bones after a long journey.
But wait, there's more! Did I tell you I actually saw a beautiful, elegant swan performing a grand jeté at the Spa? It was magical. It even gave me an idea for a new drag act – swan ballet, pink tutu, oh la la! I'll have to practice.
After my heavenly spa experience, it was time for some sustenance fit for a queen. I enjoyed a delightful afternoon tea, a medley of delectable finger sandwiches, warm scones with clotted cream and strawberry jam (oh, the divine combination!), and of course, a pot of fragrant, hot tea.
To end this glorious day, I found myself in a beautiful theatre, watching a mesmerizing production of The Nutcracker. I practically melted into the velvet seats, swept away by the grace and artistry of the dancers. My heart soared with every twirl, my soul stirred by every plié.
I must confess, this outing ignited a passion within me. It's inspired me to choreograph a new drag routine - "Pink Tutu and The Nutcracker". Imagine the possibilities, my dears!
As the day drew to a close, I couldn't help but feel a profound sense of peace and joy. Droitwich Spa had embraced me with open arms, making me feel truly at home. This was no mere pitstop; it was a true pink tutu paradise, where every corner brimmed with enchantment.
