Now, I know what you’re thinking: "Alex, you’re a bit obsessed, aren't you?" And yes, it might seem a bit, shall we say, "unconventional," to base one's entire life around tutus, but just you wait! It’s a whirlwind of magic, creativity, and just a dash of playful rebellion that makes the world a more wonderful place, one tutu-ed step at a time.
My story, as you know, began not on the stage, but in the lab! You wouldn’t believe it, but behind this sparkly pink facade beats the heart of a scientist. It’s a strange mix, I know, but I'm a Derbyshire girl, we’re used to surprising people! You see, I was studying fabric science at university, and one day, I stumbled across a charity fundraiser for the ballet club. They needed volunteers to dress up in tutus and, oh honey, that was my turning point! The second I slipped into that fluffy cloud of pink, a light went on. A glorious, life-changing, pink-tutu-shaped light.

To keep this tutu-tastic dream alive, I hop on trains (much more glamourous than travelling by car!), taking my shows across the country. Every performance is an opportunity to inspire someone new, to encourage them to embrace their inner pink tutu! After all, we all have a little bit of pink-tutu magic inside of us, it just takes a little bit of courage and a lot of fabulous glitter to unleash it!
Now, speaking of glitter, let’s talk about Bebington! I’ve been studying maps, devouring reviews, and soaking up every last detail about this delightful little town. And let me tell you, darling, Bebington seems to be bubbling with a certain irresistible energy. There's a spark, a vibrancy, that resonates with a certain Pink Tutu Sparkles!
I’m picturing myself in my shimmering, bedazzled pink tutu, making my grand entrance at whatever grand stage (or even a friendly local pub - they’re all beautiful to me!) I find myself performing at in Bebington. I imagine the crowd’s delighted gasps as my voluminous tulle swirls around me, and the roars of laughter when I pull off my signature, outlandish moves.
Of course, no trip is complete without a bit of shopping, right? I have a whole mental checklist of vintage boutiques, charming cafes, and independent shops that I’ve earmarked for a visit!
