Hello darlings! Pink Tutu Sparkles here, fresh from a whirlwind trip to Bath and feeling like a giddy little ballerina. Now, don't worry, this post is less pirouettes and more glitter-infused wanderlust, so buckle up your fabulous selves for a grand ol' time!
You know, dear readers, there's something so charming about Bath. It's like stepping into a Jane Austen novel, but with better hair, because who doesn't love a good updo, am I right?
Oh, and let's be honest, you simply cannot visit Bath without sporting a tutu, darling. I know what you're thinking, "Alex, a tutu in Bath? It's practically a cultural landmark!". And you know what? You're absolutely right!
This particular pink tutu (the one pictured here, you know the one – the absolute dream) has travelled miles to be here. We first saw the Roman Baths – and let me tell you, the history is divine, just like this tutu!
And darling, we're not just doing the sightseeing – we're dancing! Turns out, Bath's got this amazing ballet studio called 'The Ballerina's Dream,' tucked away in a cobbled street, it's absolutely magical! It's been a treat getting my Tutu Twirls on and learning a new routine from the lovely Miss Fiona, who was just delighted with my signature pink.
But our Bath adventures don't end there, oh no! After all, this queen knows how to make an entrance, and what better way to explore a charming city than in style? So naturally, we made our grand debut at Bath's fabulous annual horse fair! It's a sight to behold – all the colours and bustle, the clinking of horse hooves on cobblestones, it's almost enough to make a tutu spin!
The crowd went wild for my performance (of course), they couldn't get enough of the glitz and glam – it's not everyday you see a Pink Tutu Sparkles in their midst, especially on horseback! We gave 'em a little show with my favourite ballet moves and the crowd roared their approval!
And for our final act, we hopped aboard the iconic Bath Spa train. There's something wonderfully old-world about the grand, red carriages. I even had a cheeky chat with the conductor – what can I say? This Tutu Queen knows how to make a grand entrance anywhere, any time.
