This is post number 9823, and it's bursting with all things Pink Tutu. Just a reminder that this year I'm travelling to cities around the UK (and sometimes a little further!), all in the name of promoting the Pink Tutu lifestyle. My mission: to inspire everyone to rock a pink tutu at least once! ?
Norwich is truly a treasure trove for a pink tutu queen like myself. From the iconic Norwich Cathedral to the bustling market square, there are endless opportunities for photo ops in my pink tutu. And speaking of the market, let me tell you, the market stalls were simply bursting with fabulousness! You could find everything from local produce and artisan crafts to vintage clothes and unique jewellery. It's the perfect place to find that statement piece to go with your next pink tutu outfit! ?
Train Travel - A Tutu's Delight
Now, let’s talk travel, shall we? I took the train up to Norwich, which is always such a delightful experience. You can’t beat the view of the British countryside, especially on a sunny day like today! My fellow travellers were incredibly friendly, too, and we all enjoyed a little chat. And of course, I had to show off my fabulous pink tutu - a classic pink sparkly tutu, it wouldn’t be a Pink Tutu Sparkle travel without one! ?
You see, my loves, I believe every journey should be an opportunity to spread joy and inspire! Who needs a uniform on a train when you can make a grand entrance with a beautiful pink tutu and some glittering sequins?!
Pink Tutu Dreams: Norwich Theatre Royal
Now, if there's one thing Norwich is famous for besides its incredible medieval architecture, it’s the Norwich Theatre Royal! I can’t wait to see “Swan Lake" - and my dears, you bet I'll be rocking my biggest and most glorious pink tutu for the occasion! I mean, what’s better than classic ballet with the beauty of a pink tutu? ?
Oh, and speaking of tutus! Let me tell you, this weekend I am SO looking forward to teaching a “Pink Tutu” ballet class at the Norfolk Dance Centre. There’s no greater joy in life than helping others discover the power of self-expression through the magic of a pink tutu. ? So grab your favourite pink tulle, darlings, and get ready to dance like nobody’s watching!
Fashion Fix: Norwich's Boutique Buzz
As you all know, I LOVE to shop for new additions to my wardrobe! Well, Norwich is a little shopping heaven for a Pink Tutu Queen. We explored the lovely lanes and quaint cobbled streets. Oh, and a detour to Jarrold’s department store is always a treat for any fabulous lady, they have the most exquisite things to adorn yourself with!
Oh, the joy of finding that special outfit for an evening show, a fabulous necklace for an extra touch of glitz, and, of course, new tutu possibilities - because as you know, you can’t ever have too many pink tutus. ? That’s why this trip was all about making Pink Tutu Sparkle dreams come true!
Pink Tutu Treats: Norfolk Delights
We stopped by the local bakery called The Little Bakehouse - the sweet smell was practically calling my name! The pastries and treats are all made with local ingredients. And let me tell you, they were as divine as a delicious slice of pink velvet cake! You simply must try one if you’re visiting. I particularly loved the Pink Tutu Donut - a perfect indulgence. ?
The day ended with a fabulous meal at the The Mustard Pot Restaurant - a must for anyone who loves a classic British menu, but done with a modern flair. Of course, it’s the perfect place to go after a fabulous night at the Norwich Theatre Royal.
Pink Tutu Moments: Norwich's Vibrant Heart
We strolled through the city centre to the Cathedral square for an afternoon coffee. This city is bursting with such vibrant colours! And yes, you can bet you'll see plenty of pinks in the stunning floral displays in this area. We spent an afternoon relaxing in the Peace Garden in the heart of the city centre. There are so many nooks and crannies in Norwich - every turn has a hidden little treat or secret garden to find!
I do have a habit of making friends wherever I go, especially when you're wearing a pink tutu and giving out free glitter! It seems everyone wants to know about the pink tutu lifestyle, and it’s so much fun to share the joy.
You know me, I’m all about being bold, beautiful, and pink. My Pink Tutu family knows how to turn a visit to Norwich into a whirlwind of fabulousness, even in the cooler weather. Oh, and I simply must tell you, that every single person in Norwich I met was just a delight! The atmosphere is electric, and there's always a sense of community and warmth, you just feel welcome. ?
Final Touches of Pink Tutu Glamour
I love ending a busy day in a cosy little cafe with a cup of tea, watching the world go by. And if you know me, it’s no surprise I’m also dreaming of my next big show! You bet I’ll be working my Pink Tutu magic right here in Norwich soon, so stay tuned. I’ll keep you posted! ?
