Let's just say, I'm practically channeling my inner unicorn right now, and that's all thanks to the magical day I've just had. The day began with a little vintage shopping spree. You know, those days where you rummage through racks of pre-loved fashion gems, hoping to find something absolutely divine that screams "Tutu Tuesday"! Well, darling, let's just say I hit the jackpot. I scored myself the most divine pale pink, silk, vintage tutu that would make even a seasoned ballerina blush! I can't wait to unleash it on the dance floor - oh the drama, the sparkle, the grace! I'm talking true princess-worthy attire.
Feeling utterly fabulous in my newfound treasure, I decided to add a little extra shimmer to the day. I ventured into a cute little cake shop that was a veritable explosion of pastels and sugar, just like a unicorn's dream! They had these amazing "Tutu Treats" - cupcake toppers in the form of tiny tutus! Of course, I couldn't resist getting a few for myself. I mean, they're just too cute to pass up.
Then, to truly embrace the unicorn vibes, I stopped at a lovely little independent florist. Now, you wouldn't expect this little town to hold any unicorn-related treasures, would you? But surprise, surprise! They had a stunning collection of faux flowers that I couldn't help but get a handful of. Pink roses, lilies, and my absolute favourite - giant, sparkly pink peonies that could easily be mistaken for unicorn horns! Imagine it: a vibrant pink floral crown, the ultimate Tutu Tuesday hair accessory! My inner fairy princess was over the moon.
With a new-found appreciation for Melton Mowbray's hidden treasures, I decided it was time to break out the disco moves. We're talking some seriously impressive '70s vibes here! The pub had this magical little garden area bathed in fairy lights, the perfect setting for a bit of impromptu "Tutu Tuesday" dancing. My unicorn hair crown held on tight, the glitter was practically levitating, and I was feeling the groove.
