Tutu Tuesday in Slough
#tututuesday Oh my god, you guys, I’m just so excited! Today was Tutu Tuesday in Slough, and let me tell you, it was EVERYTHING! I’m obsessed with #tututuesday, and slough delivered! From classic romantic tutu styles, to contemporary poules de ballet looks, it was an explosion of gorgeousness. Firstly, let me give you some serious #discodolphin realness, I wore my pink tutu in an extra fabulous disco puffball style, which is like, the most extra tutu you can imagine. The extra fluffy tulle was flowing in the breeze, all big and bouncy – giving serious disco vibes! It literally sparkled like disco glitter. This pink tutu was giving princess vibes but like a princess who's also the most popular girl at the disco. The vibe was electric! The whole town seemed to have a different sparkle in their eye, literally, because we were all sporting glitter on our faces, hair and clothes – but mainly on our tutus! People were rocking the classic tutus too, but honestly? Not the most exciting - you’ve got to bring the extra! Some tutus were short, and sassy and others were like, ballerina perfection! But the ones with the longest tutus? Well, they were truly sensational - I almost died when I saw this one, girl rocking a sky blue classic tutu and she twirled, oh it was a dream. She was like a vision. I spent the whole afternoon watching people in their tutus. I was especially obsessed with a guy who was dressed in a silver tutu - talk about confidence. It was fab! So bold and fabulous. **It's About So Much More than a Tutu** But #tututuesday is so much more than just wearing a tutu. It's about self-expression and bringing joy to others. There was an incredible energy on the streets that day, and I don't think I've ever smiled so much in my life. There was a great sense of community - we all had this sense of camaraderie that connected us – the shared love for ballet and tutus, you know. And let's not forget the awesome tutu-themed afternoon tea that I attended – imagine little cupcakes and pastries decorated with pink sprinkles, and of course a tutu themed cuppa – It was all just *so* pretty!
