Tutu Tuesday in Maidstone: Let’s Get This Party Started! #tututuesday Well, darling, it’s been another fabulous week, but the only thing that could top it off was my Tutu Tuesday trip to Maidstone! I know, I know, I'm so original (cue the eye roll and wink emoji)! But seriously, there's nothing like a twirl-tastic Tuesday in a sparkly tutu, and I'm absolutely in love with this #discotutu vibe I've been channeling. Firstly, I have to admit, I have an obsession with tutus. And not just any tutu! My heart flutters for the pink ones. You know, the kind that screams "let’s get this party started!". This past Tuesday was no exception! It was an absolute **#TUTUTUESDAY** feast for the eyes with a sprinkle of vintage glamour and, of course, a touch of disco. I just love the way they flow, the way they shimmer, the way they make me feel like a ballerina princess. My current favourite is this gorgeous, soft, vintage pink tutu with a generous sprinkling of tiny diamante. It was perfect for adding a touch of whimsical whimsy to the day. I just knew I had to share my tutu adventures with the world! **Maidstone, What’s Good?** Speaking of sharing, the gorgeous town of Maidstone is a hidden gem in Kent and I’m becoming quite a regular visitor these days. Honestly, the people there are absolutely delightful. I had a great chat with a lovely gentleman who was rocking a seriously fabulous 70s velvet suit, the kind I’m dreaming about scoring for my own wardrobe. The highlight of the day had to be a divine coffee with a fabulously bubbly group of friends. Oh, and did I mention the delightful brunch at that little bistro on the High Street? Oh, how my stomach was grateful for that divine cheese soufflé and a touch of Prosecco - we're talking sophisticated #Tututuesday vibes, people! You might not expect the most dazzling tutu sightings in Maidstone. You would be WRONG. That’s exactly why it was so much fun to go all out, embracing my inner princess and bringing my “extra” to this lovely market town. Maidstone is definitely becoming the "go to” place for the #discosnail set. **My Tutu Tuesday Rules to Live By:** * You'll never go wrong with a bit of pink - and plenty of glitter! * Don’t be afraid to break the mold – everyone loves a bit of playful defiance (hello pink disco ball on your handbag, I’m looking at YOU!) * Never be afraid to go all out (we’re talking big, beautiful tutu – there is no such thing as over-doing it on #tututuesday!) * Enjoy a delicious brunch! * Spread a bit of happiness!
