Tutu Tuesday in Broadstairs: A Day of Twirls and Sunshine
Broadstairs, you absolute gem! You've stolen my heart with your colourful, vibrant atmosphere, your stunning cliffs and the friendliest folk I've met in a long while. So of course, it's only natural to dedicate this post to my amazing Tutu Tuesday adventure in this seaside town, where I found that sunshine and tutus go hand in hand - a true match made in heaven!
This week, it was all about embracing the **#tututuesday** spirit with a vintage disco-inspired ensemble. You know me, a classic pink and glitter-loving ballerina – I just can't resist anything that shimmers! And a bit of sequins just puts me in a good mood. It was a perfect chance to pull out a particularly glamorous vintage tulle tutu from my collection - you know, the kind with the super bouncy layers that makes every step a whirlwind of happiness! I chose to pair it with a slinky silk camisole, a big '70s-style necklace with beads galore and some fabulous disco-ball earrings to boot. Don't forget those comfy pink trainers that helped me dance the day away! The perfect look to twirl my worries away, darling!
Broadstairs had me feeling like a ballerina on holiday, with its pretty harbour, cute little cafes and charming, eclectic shops. I must confess I bought the most adorable disco snail to commemorate my Tutu Tuesday. It's officially my newest love: #discosnail. How can you resist a sparkling snail?
Now, back to my Tuesday. It was full of twirls and happy faces – from my morning beach promenade to the afternoon stroll around the town. And of course, I couldn’t leave Broadstairs without experiencing its unique charm with a seaside fish and chips feast! Yum!
