Batley Goes Pink for #TutuTuesday It’s been another glorious #TutuTuesday, and you know what that means? Pink, sparkles and all things tutu, darling! This week’s tutu adventure took me to Batley, and let me tell you, the disco fever is real! I was greeted with a sea of tulle – and it was *not* a dream! The ladies of Batley embraced the #discotutu vibe in all its glory. Think candy-floss pink, glittery gold, and a whole lot of shimmying – even the cheeky little disco snail made an appearance! You know I love a good tutu – it’s my signature style. My little blog wouldn’t be the same without them! I love how they can transform an outfit from ordinary to oh-so-fabulous! So, for my Batley #TutuTuesday outing, I chose a vibrant pink tutu with a glitzy golden waistband – think *Moulin Rouge* meets *Grease*! Think stalls crammed full of colorful clothing and twinkling lights – perfect for a #discotutu photo opportunity! * **What we loved about Batley Market:** * The vintage clothes stalls were brimming with sparkly finds - perfect for finishing off any **ballerina** tutu look! * The stalls offered all sorts of homemade treats – perfect fuel for a day of dancing. * The music playing around the market really did create the perfect **disco vibe** for our #TutuTuesday outing. From Batley Market, we toured the shops along Commercial Street – the high street’s got the feel of a glamorous promenade! The town really has become a fabulous place to indulge in all things pink and sparkly. We took our time window shopping for **ball gowns** (think **pastel pink tutus**, anyone?!) and picked up some cute hair accessories from the local beauty shop – which was full of feather boas and sparkling hair combs - perfect for that ultimate **glam** look! But no #TutuTuesday in Batley is complete without a stop at the amazing Batley Variety Club – this place truly is an icon of disco fever. With its sparkling lights, colorful furniture and an ever-so-slight hint of *Miami Vice*, the Batley Variety Club definitely felt like we were on a glamorous movie set. This vintage haven really oozes cool. After a leisurely brunch of pancakes and coffee at the lovely café (with stunning window displays filled with dazzling tulle tutus!), we danced our hearts out to classic disco anthems in the variety club's cabaret bar – my **tutu** was definitely twirling!
