Wembley Tutu Tuesday: A Pink Paradise for Disco Snails!
Letās be honest, Tuesday is the worst. But thanks to the power of #tututuesday and a healthy dose of pink-tastic disco vibes, it was anything but drab for me this week. You see, Iām a firm believer in injecting a little magic into your day, even if it means twirling around Wembley in a shimmering tutu.
Iāve been embracing the #tututuesday movement for months now, and each week I get more excited to discover what new tutu creations await me. Today, Wembley delivered! From fluffy tulle masterpieces to sassy sequined stunners, there were tutus for every mood and taste. I mean, it's basically impossible to walk down the street without spotting at least one shimmering vision of tulle.
My personal favourites? Let me tell you, Iām obsessed with the ādisco snailā look, you know? The classic tutu in an explosion of neon pink and magenta with a silver trim just screams 70s glamour. Donāt even get me started on the sheer pink tutus, draped and flowing like a dancerās dream. Think Grace Jones meets a disco ball and you're halfway there.
But the magic of #tututuesday isn't just about the tutus, though it definitely helps. It's the infectious joy that fills the air. You can just tell that the people of Wembley are ready to embrace their inner dancer and have some fun. And why not? After all, youāre never too old, too young, too big, or too small to twirl in a sparkly tutu, right?
And the disco music! It was absolutely glorious, a joyous blend of classic 70s disco and a touch of modern electro-pop. People were breaking out their best moves ā think āSaturday Night Feverā meets "Strictly Come Dancing". I even saw someone with a giant, pink, fluffy boa twirling with a neon green disco ball ā talk about fabulous! I was nearly tempted to do some spinning myself. If my bun was still perfect, maybe I would have. The only problem is I always seem to forget my tights. I did once rock a nude onesie under my tulle in a moment of desperation, but letās just say it was a risky move.

- **Also, do not forget the big hair, a full, bouncy afro or big curl that wouldnāt look out of place in a 70ās flick!**
- **Speaking of big hair, you really need a giant, glittery, heart-shaped hair slide for this. Big and loud is the only way to go.**
- **Lastly, the bigger the sunglasses, the better. Especially cat-eye shades!**
