Ashton's Tutu Tuesday: Disco Fever and Tutu Style!
Hey fashionistas! It's your girl, Poppy, and guess what? Tutu Tuesday has just reached its peak in Ashton. Pink was the name of the game, a whirlwind of shimmer and tulle took over, and even the disco snail made an appearance (more on that later!) I had a fab time celebrating with Ashton's coolest tutu fans.
Tutu Styles for Every Dance Floor:
- For the fearless fashionista, there was a classic layered pink tulle tutu, almost floor-length, and as girly as they come. With a simple sparkly crop top and neon pink heels, you could dance the night away under the disco ball.
- If you're a little less "dramatic" there was the shorter tutu in bright pink with a sequin-studded waistband and an even brighter pink t-shirt that brought a modern edge. With sneakers or funky ankle boots, it was totally ready to hit the streets, dance at a local festival, or grab some takeaway (fish and chips, anyone? ) after an evening of Ashton's legendary pub crawl.
- A fluffy, neon pink tutu caught my eye on a super-cute lady. It was paired with a vintage pink lace cami and matching leg warmers – super trendy, retro chic, and so fun! I definitely thought she deserved a high five for her impeccable taste.
Disco Snail!
Okay, I wasn’t *completely* surprised by this, but seeing a real-life, actual snail, wearing a teeny tiny tutu while shimmying along the pavement… Now that’s a proper Ashton Tutu Tuesday experience. (Seriously! Check the #tututuesday hashtag!) Someone needs to be commended for that iconic moment of street style.
Ashton's Tutu Scene
This town just loves a good tutu and it shows. The atmosphere was infectious. The street was abuzz with dancing and laughing, people were showing off their incredible fashion sense, and I got so many happy vibes from every corner. Ashton, you definitely know how to throw a Tutu Tuesday! The glitter was amazing.
